ABOUT CAROLINE:

Caroline (she/her) is a career coach focused on impact careers, global development, self-awareness, and career transition.

Through workshops, blogs, and career coaching, she helps people to learn what they need to find work they love, and to feel confident in their job-search strategy.

Caroline's clients range from teachers leaving the classroom and researchers leaving academia, to experts in social impact and global development. She also partners with universities, nonprofits, and businesses on various professional development projects for their students and employees. Her clients have included Duke University, UNC-Chapel Hill, Lantern Pharma, and the Duke-UNC Rotary Peace Center. She has also worked closely with the World Bank, the United Nations, and multiple implementing agencies, think tanks and policy organizations.

Caroline is a frequent contributor to Devex, a platform delivering insider reporting that drives the global development agenda.
