Typical Transition Packages include:

  • A private intro session with one of the cofounders of Impact Coach. In this session, we’ll explore the candidate’s priorities and goals, offer guidance on maximizing the coaching experience, and make a personalized recommendation to the Impact Coach from our team who is best suited to support them

  • Clients will then have one or more targeted coaching sessions with an expert coach on the topics most relevant to their search, such as:

    • Identifying a career direction

    • Creating stand-out application materials (cover letter, LinkedIn, Resume)

    • Leveraging LinkedIn for the social impact job search

    • Networking strategy

    • Interview prep

    • Career pivots/experiments
