Megan Pritchett (she/her) is a career coach based out of Denver, CO and is passionate about helping women reconnect to their confidence in their career process.
As a career coach, she blends career exploration, mindset, and job search strategy to help her clients choose their next job with intention and be equipped with skills to continue evolving their careers. Happenstance Learning Theory (focus on action taking vs. decision making) is her approach to coaching, and she deeply believes that you can learn to solve your own career problems.
She has a master’s degree in Career Counseling from Sacramento State University and has worked in higher education career services for 7 years.
