Radhika (she/her) is a serial career changer and has worked as a front-end developer, UX designer, program manager, partnerships lead, and deputy director across government, non-profits, and social impact organizations, and pivoted to career coaching 2 years ago.
Currently, she coaches through General Assembly and Terra.do, where she teaches career changers how to successfully execute a resilient job search during a tough market to land roles in climate, technology, and social impact.
She works with early, mid-level, and senior-level professionals pursuing industry or role changes (or those who want to change both at the same time). As a guide and coach, Radhika can help you define your goals & interests, explore the landscape of industries and roles, match your skills to the roles you're interested in, grow your connections in the industry of interest, and build your confidence.
